For our lovely international customers, we offer online payment options through our website .

International orders typically take between 7 to 10 days to arrive, although delivery times may vary depending on your location. It could take up to 14 days in some cases.

Please note that taxes and customs duties may be imposed by your recipient country's customs and tax authorities

(Egypt) for our lovely customers , we offer two convenient payment methods for local orders .

Cash on Delivery (COD) or Online payments for Local Customers:

If you're shopping locally within Egypt, you have the option to pay with cash upon delivery. The checkout will display the value in USD,

Please note that while the checkout will display the value in USD, your payment will be settled in EGP (Egyptian Pound) upon delivery.

You will pay the equivalent value of USD in EGP (Egyptian Pound) upon delivery

local (Egypt) orders will be arrived within 2 - 5 days

Processing Times:

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Wrapping:

every order is elegantly  presented in a gift box, so whether for you or to your beloved one, it will always be a surprise to receive it .

Tracking number:

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it !

Unexpected Delays

Returns

Our returns period is extended from the date you receive your order.

We aim to process all orders within 14 working days, however in some cases this may be extended to 30 working days, due to this busy time of year.
